Book XXI and IATF guidelines require cremation within 12 hours so as to prevent its spread. It is not happening. There are a lot of loopholes and enforcement of the said rule to contain covid 19 is not strictly enforced.
We should be seeing a lot of cases for cremation But we are not Hence we are seeing an upsurge in cases. 22,000 as of yesterday.
Let us be more vigilant and be more careful.
